75% to 1st place
20 % to 2nd place
5% to 23rd place
All play in games will not count – those who want to submit picks prior to the outcomes of these game should then pick the ‘TBA’ teams if they expect one of the two teams to advance.
After you submit your picks, you can make changes until submissions close at noon on Thursday.
